Hand-held walk-through chat sessions to resolve issues with publishing platforms.
This is a supplemental service for the Almost Done For You service and to help with technical issues.
In some cases, there are glitches that we can’t “fix”. Don’t worry. We have a long list of work-arounds and other things that can be done to resolve the issues and get you published. Our chat sessions are scheduled for an hour and 15 minutes. We don’t charge for 15 minutes of figuring out what the issue is, only for the part where we actually work on solving the problem.
